Shaheen Peerbhai is a chef and author of Paris Picnic Club. She is classically trained in France at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and at Alain Ducasse Education. She has won several prestigious scholarships from the James Beard Foundation and The Culinary Trust that turned her cooking school dreams into a reality.
